  • customer information, such as first name, last name, patronymic, phone number, city, and address details;
  • organization or business customer details, including organization name, legal or actual address, registration or tax number, bank name, and bank account details where applicable;
  • vehicle information, such as make, model, body type, registration number, body or VIN-related data, color, color code, mileage, year, and owner information;
  • order and service data, including repair descriptions, defects, inspection data, notes, status history, scheduling data, and payment-related records;
  • photos, attachments, and media uploaded in connection with inspections, repair progress, spare parts, materials, or AI-based damage assessment;
  • messages and communication records related to orders, tickets, and internal workflows;
  • employee or authorized user account data needed for access control, including username, role, organization identifier, and login history.

3. Technical and Diagnostic Information

To operate, secure, and improve the application, we may process technical and diagnostic data such as session identifiers, device type, page and screen activity, referrer data, browser or user agent data, and JavaScript error information.

For specific public forms, inspections, scheduling, or abuse prevention, the application may also process IP address, screen resolution, platform, and similar technical information.

4. Camera and Uploaded Media

If permitted by the user or device settings, the application may access the device camera for QR code scanning and for capturing or uploading photos related to inspections, orders, and repair progress.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • authenticate users and provide access to the application;
  • create, manage, and display customers, vehicles, inspections, and service orders;
  • store and display repair progress photos, attachments, and related records;
  • support chat, notifications, and internal workflow operations;
  • send service-related notifications, including SMS or bot-based notifications where enabled;
  • provide analytics, logging, diagnostics, security monitoring, and performance improvements;
  • support optional AI-based image assessment features where enabled.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information and do not use personal information for third-party advertising.

We may share information only as necessary with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us operate the application, including hosting, storage, database, messaging, SMS delivery, bot platforms, and AI processing providers where such features are used.

Information may also be disclosed if required by law or if necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of the application and its users.

7. AI Features

If AI-based damage assessment or image analysis features are used, uploaded photos may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers strictly to generate the requested assessment or analysis result.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the application, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the security and integrity of the service.

Painter.doc is a business application and is not directed to children under the age of 13.
